How do I determine the rental period for my equipment?
We offer flexible rental periods including daily (24 hours), weekly (7 days), and monthly (4 weeks) rates. Your rental period begins at the time of pickup or delivery and must be returned by the same time on the final day of your agreement.
Do you offer delivery and pickup services?
Yes, we provide professional delivery and pickup for all our equipment. Rates are calculated based on the distance from our nearest location and the size of the equipment being transported.
What happens if the equipment breaks down during my project?
If you experience any mechanical issues, contact our support team immediately. We will dispatch a technician for on-site repairs or provide a replacement unit to ensure your project stays on schedule at no additional cost for normal wear and tear.
Is insurance required for renting heavy machinery?
We require a Damage Waiver or proof of valid commercial insurance for high-value equipment. Our Damage Waiver covers accidental damage to the equipment, giving you peace of mind while you work.
Do I need to clean or refuel the equipment before returning it?
Equipment should be returned in a reasonably clean condition and full of fuel. A cleaning fee or refueling surcharge may be applied if the unit is returned excessively dirty or with a depleted fuel tank.
What identification is required to start a rental?
New customers must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and a major credit card for the security deposit. For certain specialized machinery, proof of operator certification may also be required.
